DOVE 

Design of Virtual Environments (DOVE) website, a Wikipedia-style moderated site for evidence-based results of VR research contributed by the broader R&D community. The goals were to focus on visual design improvement, and progress to information architecture, usability, discoverability, etc.

Role

Goal

I was the lead UX Designer and researcher. I conducted user interviews, competitive analysis, and usability testing to inform my redesign and implementation of DOVE.

To learn how the users perceive the products and improve the landing page.

E-Commerce Personalization & 3D AR Tryon 
 

This innovative platform allows users to personalize their clothing according to their unique and tastes. The result? An enhanced design and a cutting-edge customization feature that uses Augmented Reality bring body measurements to life in a virtual try-on experience!

My Role

I was the lead researcher, designer and developer. I conducted ethnographic research,survey user interviews, and usability testing and created a working prototype.

Main Goal

Create a way to properly profile the bodies of customers and provide one of a kind shopping experience.

Ibi Reaction Exploration

This project was to explore visual options for the ibi reactions button in the Ibi app because there was a low engagement on photos, and design the Ibi reactions were not fully thought through.

Process 

I conducted a competitive analysis, did peer-reviewed research illustrations, and created exploratory prototypes

Main Goal

Create a way for users to engage with each other in a delightful manner.

Flashback landing page 

The Sandisk flashback product needed a redesign of the landing page. This led to layout and illustration exploration and copy to improve the conversion rate of USB plugins on the landing page through feedback based on user research and feedback analysis.  

Role

Goal

I was the lead UX researcher. I triangulated my research to include user feedback, competitive analysis, and usability testing to inform the designs implemented.

To learn how the users perceive the products and improve the landing page.

iXpand Wireless Charger

​Encourage users to give feedback on the app daily, usability testing, research wireframe explorations.

My Role

I was the Lead  Researcher and designer  for the sprint.

Main Goal

Create a way for users to give feedback about new ideas and report issues within the app.
